fantastic experience!
tasty pastries recommended restaurant drinking water fresh apples
i discovered tasty pastries by the lifts perfect for a quick snack. the hotel recommended bodega de los secretos nearby it had amazing food. my room included plentiful drinking water which was a really nice touch. i saw fresh apples in reception too it was very cute
the black walls in my room made it a bit dark i needed more lighting

missing toiletries unacceptable cleanliness
the staff were friendly. there were comfortable beds.
My superior room terrace was less than superior. the room lacked basic toiletries upon arrival. i had to call reception to get them. early check-in was denied, the room was allegedly still under cleaning after 3 pm. the cleanliness was unacceptable. It did not meet the standard of quality.

The location is excellent, near many sights, perfect for exploring. i could cast netflix on my tv, very convenient. the room design created a cute atmosphere. staff members were helpful. They ensured my needs were met with kindness.
the air conditioning did not lower the temperature. it was like sleeping in a sauna.

train station water dispenser food selection main attractions
the hotel is near the train station, really convenient. i found a drinking water dispenser on my floor, so i didn't need to buy bottled water. breakfast had a good selection of food, i always found something i wanted to eat. the hotel location allowed me to easily walk to main attractions.
the street outside can be a little noisy at night.

the superior room had soft pillows and the beds were very comfortable. a rainfall shower and separate sinks made mornings easier. everything was clean, i saw housekeeping staff frequently maintaining the premises.

the hotel is within walking distance of the metro station, i could reach different parts of town easily. many restaurants surround the hotel, i had no trouble finding places to eat. the prado museum is also close by, a short walk gets you there.

I was impressed with the hotel's proximity to attractions and transportation. the staff was helpful. I received recommendations for local cafés. i liked the provision of glass water bottles and water filters on each floor (it promoted sustainability).
the breakfast area sometimes had dirty cups among the clean ones.
